The promptness of starting the appointment on time, & my relief that it was a fast repair task on a chipped tooth, which should help me remember to avoid eating hard (or any) nuts ! Positive reinforcement from a good outcome, where i kept that tooth, to use again !! : )

Efficient and keeping to times

Firstly, your lovely receptionist who took my phone call for this emergency appointment dealt with me delightfully as I had made a mistake on accepting the first appointment offered.Venessa, the dentist, explained fully what had to be done to my front tooth.

Like many people, I have a slight fear of the dentist. Growing up, dental care wasn’t always a top priority, so it’s something I’ve had to build confidence around over time. That said, I’ve never felt ashamed or judged, and I’ve never been made to feel any different because of it.The team have always been incredibly supportive offering guidance, reassurance, and genuine care at every visit. Year by year, not only has my dental health improved, but so has my confidence in attending appointments.Thank you so much for consistently making me feel comfortable, respected, and at ease during my visits it truly makes a difference.

Hygienist was amazing explained it well. Very thorough. Best hygienist I have ever been to. Teeth felt very clean after

I had a locom hygienist 30th March 2026 and she was the most thorough using:(1) The relatively new machine (silica and water pressure) (2) Water pick(3) Hand tool pickThis entailed 3 simple effective steps where 2 and 3 are not automatically adopted with other hygienists.She was very impressive and my teeth feel the best ever! :)

All at the practice have been very professonal, I was reassured felt comfortable being in safe hands. My dental fears have been drastically reduced. I am currently awaiting further dental procedures as advised by Dr Thomas Norln. Thanking All.
