Dentistry done differently

Having different options explained clearly and not pressured into choosing one particular one Being made comfortable once seated in the chair and feeling confident with the treatment given. I would be upset if I had to see another dentist.

I have been treated with the upmost care, and courtesy extended to me. The treatment has been excellent.

I was so nervous everything was explained to me and I was given various ways to relax. I need not of worried I never felt a thing and the nurse cared for me very well . Highly skilled dentist I felt very secure under his care

The dentist took plenty of time and care to diagnose the issue and how it may be solved, to explain everything and to consult me as to what I wanted to do. I felt reassured and very well looked after.

Dr Emma S was very helpful and made me feel totally at ease.

Dr. farheen Salmon is very patient and explains what is to be done. I was also seen very quickly after Covid as I missed an appointment. She is friendly and put me at my ease.

My family has been seeing Dr Farheen for years now ,she has seen my kids grow ,and it’s so comforting to know every time you see your own personal dentist. We will continue to be loyal clients. I was a few minutes late, and stressed that I had kept the person I was seeing waiting. She was very kind and understanding. This reduced my stress and anxiety immediately. I have rebooted the orthodontic lady again. Also the ladies at the desk are always helpful and always welcoming and friendly.

I rang to ask for a hygienist appointment asap, as I realised my teeth had become badly stained and I didn't want them to look so bad until my next scheduled appointment in August.Receptionist was able to offer a slot within 2 days, I was delighted!Nicola is always very thorough, and she knows that I have difficulty coping with the water involved in the Flow system, so she is very understanding. I was extremely pleased with the outcome and made another date to follow 3 months after the August appointment.
