I telephoned the clinic to say I had a toothache and the receptionist was very good and she squeezed me in the following morning at 0915and I received treatment from my dentist

Everything was exceptional,if I was to be picky the only thing needed to improve is a customer car park

Feeling comfortable like at home

There was a mix up as my emergency app had been booked at the same time as hygienist. I am a highly nervous patient and unaware I had the hygienist that almost gave me a panic attack. The receptionist were AMAZING sorted everything for me and rescheduled the hygienist at no expense.

Dr T Norlin always takes time to go over options & explains everything clearly. He is always patient with taking into consideration a patient with complex medical issues. The nurse was kind & caring and both professional whilst putting me at ease.
